Evie, Emily, Sean and I hung out this past weekend in Boston and made an amazing breakfast.

tater tots
yogurt and fruit

Roasted caprese salad:

roma tomatoes sliced in half in baking pan


cover in minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
bake in oven for 2 hrs


add baked basil leaves and sliced fresh mozzarella cheese

Couscous




Broiled Catfish

covered in salt, pepper, and Tony's seasoning
broil on stovetop for a few minutes


Dinner

granola breath

chopped up dried apricots, dates, and cranberries



toasted slivered almonds and coconut


add simmered butter and brown sugar
bake in the oven in a glass dish


delicious.


*we had some trouble getting the bars to stick together. Try half a cup of apple sauce
(as an egg substitute) as a binding agent and enjoy!

3 strips of bacon!
1 egg, whisked and fried!
top with cheese!
toasted bagel!
top off with a medium french vanilla iced coffee from DnD!

Shrimp fried rice

fry two eggs, slice into strips, then set aside.
warm up chopped onions, peas, and carrots, then set aside.
put cold white rice in the pan with an ample amount of soy sauce.
add in shrimp to warm up and turn pink.
add aforementioned veggies.
mix everything together until hot then add egg strips at the end.

More Ramen.

just made some ramen...

two packs of ramen noodles oriental style. while its boiling i added some soy sauce, various spicy japenese herbs, salt and pepper corn medly

scrambled two organic eggs

added sriracha sauce and was very happy.



just finished it.

Polka Dot Birthday Cake

Chocolate cake..i dunno made with mix or something
some sweet ass cream cheese chocolate icing from some recipe my mom made me
I've had some wine since my last entry
oh and Necco wafers for the polka dots
mmmmmmmm

Grilled Pita Bread

Pita bread brushed with olive oil, salt and pepper
on the grill for 3 mins
delicious with tsatziki, hummus, or just plain

made this tonight after i made the fish and chips

first time actually frying white corn tortillas into hardshells

made this little taco holder for the frying process





weak salsa cause i was low on supplies

its just cilantro, lime, tomatoes, salt and peppercorn medley with habenero concentrate



secret ingrediant ;)



tacos consisted of ground beef, queso cheese, salsa, shredded cheese, and romaine lettuce





i will def continue to make my own shells for now on when i eat hardshell tacos.

Fish 'n Chips.

also made popcorn jumbo shrimp deep fried as an appetizer

Carne asada.

made some mozzarella cheese bite things earlier





and for the main meal

home made salsa including tomatoes, jalepenos, serranos, a homegrown pepper from my backyard (unsure of type), onions, cilantro, lime, salt and peppercorn medley. with super hot habenero concentrate in it



steak marinated with a blend of italian dressing, soy sauce, habenero concentrate, lime, onions, garlic, jalepeno pepers






added some queso cheese to them before i ate them

Late Night Pita Pizza

pita with red sauce and cheese
topped with sliced onions and/or mini pepperoni
baked in the oven
